SEASONS offers a range of wellbeing activities tailored to adults in Edinburgh.

Supportive activities include mindfulness, gardening, and creative activities.
SEASONS events schedule for members.
We operate flexible hours to fit different routines, with daytime, evening and even a weekend session available to support your wellbeing.

| Wednesday May 14th | 1pm Talbot Rice Gallery to see The Dead Don’t Leave Till We Do – an exhibition taking it’s title from a Kathleen Jamie poem |
| TUESDAY May 19th | 5 tickets available to visit the National Museum of Scotland collection in the Granton Storage Facility Meet 12.45 for 1pm tour (contact Jane for details – first come first served) |
| Sunday May 24th | 12-2pm SEASONS Sunday Brunch |
| Tuesday May 26th | 12pm Hub Grub Cafe followed by Gardening at Lochend Secret Garden |
| Wednesday May 27th | Saughton Park gardens and glasshouses meet 1pm at Gorgie gate served by 25,3, 30, 33 buses. |

| Wednesday June 3rd | 1pm Fish n chips at Fishmarket Newhaven (Names in advance to Jane) |
